ozi ozf2 file format definition

I am looking for the definition of the ozf2 file format.

 

I can not find any information on the ozi webpage besides tooling to convert to ozf2. Maybe somebody could find sourcecode of tooling to convert to ozf2 or visa versa.

I am looking for the same information. Did you find a solution already? I am trying to read an ozf2 file into GPSMapEdit, but that fails. Now, I want to convert the maps to some other format.

Well, how do I say it in Dinglish?

ozf2 is an Ozi-special. It is not ducumented and is kept under wraps. Only reverse engineering will tell how it goes.

Super special is the ozf3 format made for imprisonment of copyrighted maps. (no print, no save part of map as...)

Luckily Ozi allowes ozf2 maps to be saved whole as png file or such free format.

Batch conversion can be done with MakeImage.
